Beef Hot Pot
Dry Cook-In Sauce
- 2 Tbsp oil
- 1 onion
- 500g beef cubes
- 180g carrots
- 100g baby marrow
Stovetop: 40 mins
- Heat oil in a large frying pan and brown chopped onion and beef cubes. Add carrots and stir for 5 minutes.
- Mix contents of packet with 400 ml cold water and add to beef. Stir continuously until mixture boils.
- Simmer covered, for 20 minutes, stirring frequently. Add the baby marrow and simmer uncovered for a further 15 minutes.
Serve with white rice.
STORE IN A COOL, DRY PLACE.
