Durban Curry Wet Cook-In Sauce

Ingredients:
Water, Modified Starches, Tomatoes, Sugar, Onion, Irradiated Herbs & Spices (2%), Salt, Irradiated Garlic Powder, Irradiated Ginger, Acid, Colourant (Paprika).
Simply add
- 500g Lamb cubes
Preparation Instructions
Stovetop: 30 mins
- 1. Brown lamb cubes in 1 Tbsp oil in a medium sized saucepan (± 30 cm diameter).
- 2. Pour Cook-in-Sauce over & stir gently.
- 3. Add 250g of your favourite vegetables (optional).
- 4. Cook on low heat, stirring occasionally, until cooked & tender.
Oven Bake: 60 mins at 180°C
- 1. Brown lamb cubes in 1 Tbsp oil in a medium sized saucepan (± 30 cm diameter).
- 2. Place lamb cubes and 250g of your favourite vegetables (optional) in a casserole dish, pour Cook-in-Sauce over & stir gently.
- 3. Cover & bake until cooked & tender, stirring halfway through cooking.
Microwave (900 Watts): 20 mins at 180°C
- 1. Place lamb cubes in a microwaveable container.
- 2. Pour Cook-in-Sauce over & stir gently.
- 3. Microwave on 100% power until cooked & tender.
- 4. For best results stir halfway through cooking.
- 5. Add 250g of your favourite vegetables (optional).
Serves 4.
