Smokey BBQ Dry Marinade

Ingredients: Sugar, Salt, Modified Starch, Flavourings, Colourants (Caramel, Paprika), Starch [Corn and/or Wheat (Gluten)], Acid, Irradiated Herbs & Spices, Vegetable Oil (Palm Fruit, TBHQ), Tenderiser (Preservative: Sulphur Dioxide).
Allergens: Contains Wheat Gluten. May contain Cow's Milk, Soya.
Simply add
- Cold water
Preparation Instructions
- Add 175 ml cold water to packet contents & stir until smooth.
- Pierce both sides of meat several times with a fork.
- Coat 500g of meat evenly on both sides & marinate for 20 minutes only.
- Remove from marinade & grill, braai or fry.
Tasty Tip: Marinate veggie kebabs and grill on the braai, basting regularly.
