Ingredients : Maltodextrin, Potassium Chloride, Salt, Flavourings, Sugar, Irradiated Herbs & Spices, Colourants (Caramel, Paprika), Hydrolysed Vegetable Protein (Gluten, Soya), Monosodium Glutamate (Flavour Enhancer), Vegetable Oil (Palm Fruit, TBHQ), Flavour Enhancer, Acid.
Preparation Instructions
Simply add: 500g beef/lamb or chicken, 2 Tbsp oil
- Preheat air fryer/oven to 180 °C.
- Season meat liberally and drizzle with oil. Transfer to basket/tray.
- Air fry for 30 minutes or oven-bake for 45 minutes*, until cooked through &
crispy. Turn halfway through cooking.
* Cooking times will vary between air fryer sizes and models.
Serves 4.
Ideal for beef, chicken or lamb. Also great for braai use.
