Ingredients : Wheat Flour (Gluten), Breadcrumbs (Gluten), Salt, Potassium Chloride, Monosodium Glutamate (Flavour Enhancer), Irradiated Herbs & Spices, Sugar, Vegetable Oil (Palm Fruit, TBHQ), Flavourings, Flavour Enhancer, Creamer [Corn Syrup, Vegetable Oil (Palm Fruit), Stabiliser, Whey Powder (Cow's Milk), Pea Protein, Emulsifier, Anti-caking Agent, Colourants (Riboflavin, Beta-carotene)], Colourant (Caramel).
Simply add
- 400g chicken or 250g mushrooms,
- 2 eggs,
- 1 Tbsp oil
Preparation Instructions
- Preheat air fryer/oven to 180 °C.
- Dip chicken/mushrooms in beaten egg. Coat generously with Coat & Cook
and transfer to basket/tray. - Air fry for 30 minutes or oven bake for 45 minutes*, until cooked through &
crispy. Turn halfway through cooking. Brush with oil as needed.
* Cooking times will vary between air fryer sizes and models.
Serves 4.
Ideal for chicken, beef or mushrooms. Also great for oven use.
