Ingredients : Starch [Corn and/or Wheat (Gluten)], Potassium Chloride, Salt, Monosodium Glutamate (Flavour Enhancer), Flavourings, Irradiated Herbs & Spices (2%), Colourants (Caramel, Paprika), Hydrolysed Vegetable Protein (Soya), Sugar, Vegetable Oil (Palm Fruit, TBHQ), Acids, Flavour Enhancer.

Preparation Instructions

Stove Top:

  1. Simply mix 2 Tbsp of your favourite 2 in 1 Stew Mix (or more if required), with 4 Tbsp of water to form a paste.    
  2. Stir the paste into your stew while cooking to make it thick and tasty.
