Starch [Corn and/or Wheat (Gluten)], Salt, Monosodium Glutamate (Flavour Enhancer), Potassium Chloride, Sugar, Irradiated Herbs & Spices (3%), Colourants (Paprika, Caramel), Vegetable Oil (Palm Fruit, TBHQ), Flavourings (Soya), Flavour Enhancer, Acid.
Preparation Instructions
Stove Top:
- Simply mix 2 Tbsp of your favourite 2 in 1 Stew Mix (or more if required), with 4 Tbsp of water to form a paste.
- Stir the paste into your stew while cooking to make it thick and tasty.
