Ingredients: Wheat Flour (Gluten), Creamer [Corn Syrup, Vegetable Oil (Palm Fruit), Stabiliser, Whey Powder (Cow's Milk), Pea Protein, Emulsifier, Anti-caking Agent, Colourants (Riboflavin, Beta-carotene)], Modified Starch, Potassium Chloride, Maltodextrin, Flavourings (Soya), Sugar, Irradiated Herbs & Spices, Salt, Irradiated Mushroom Powder (2%), Vegetable Oil (Palm Fruit, TBHQ), Irradiated Vegetables (Tomato), Stabiliser, Colourant (Caramel), Yeast Extract.

Allergens: Contains Cow's Milk, Soya, Wheat Gluten.


Simply add

  • 2 Tbsp oil
  • 500g beef strips
  • 125g mushrooms
  • 1 red or green pepper
  • 450 ml milk

Preparation Instructions

Oven Bake: 30 mins

  1. Heat oil in a large frying pan and lightly brown beef, mushrooms & red/green pepper. Place in a casserole dish.    
  2. Mix contents of packet with milk. Bring to the boil in a frying pan while stirring continuously. Simmer for 1 minute and pour over beef mixture.    
  3. Cover and bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 25 minutes, or until the beef is tender. Stir halfway through cooking time.        

Serve with pasta and garden salad.

Serves 4.
