Garlic Steak Dry Marinade

Ingredients :
Maltodextrin, Salt, Flavourings (Wheat Gluten, Soya), Modified Starch, Sugar, Monosodium Glutamate (Flavour Enhancer), Garlic Powder (2%), Vegetable Oil (Palm Fruit, TBHQ), Irradiated Herbs & Spices, Colourant (Caramel), Tenderiser (Preservative: Sulphur Dioxide).
Simply add
- Cold water
Preparation Instructions
- 1. Add 175 ml cold water to packet contents & stir until smooth.
- 2. Pierce both sides of meat several times with a fork.
- 3. Coat 500g of meat evenly on both sides & marinate for 20 minutes only.
- 4. Remove from marinade & grill, braai or fry.
Tasty Tip: Pour marinade over layers of brinjal, basil & mozzarella and bake.
