Garlic Steak Dry Marinade

Ingredients: Maltodextrin, Modified Starch, Salt, Irradiated Herbs & Spices, Sugar, Monosodium Glutamate (Flavour Enhancer), Flavourings (Soya), Vegetable Oil (Palm Fruit, TBHQ), Colourant (Caramel), Tenderiser (Preservative: Sulphur Dioxide).
Allergens: Contains Soya. May contain Cow's Milk, Wheat Gluten.
Simply add
- Cold water
Preparation Instructions
- Add 175 ml cold water to packet contents & stir until smooth.
- Pierce both sides of meat several times with a fork.
- Coat 500g of meat evenly on both sides & marinate for 20 minutes only.
- Remove from marinade & grill, braai or fry.
Tasty Tip: Pour marinade over layers of brinjal, basil & mozzarella and bake.
