Curry Wet Cook-In Sauce
- 500 g Chicken breast cubes
- 1 onion
- 1 tsp garlic
- 1 tsp ginger
Stovetop: 35 mins
- Brown one finely chopped onion, 1 tsp chopped garlic and ginger in 1 Tbsp oil in a medium sized saucepan (± 30 cm diameter). Add chicken cubes and brown on medium heat.
- Pour Cook-in-Sauce over & stir gently. Simmer on low heat, stirring occasionally, until cooked & tender.
- Stir in 1 Tbsp fresh cream and top with chopped coriander.
Serve with Naan bread and enjoy!
