1. Brown one finely chopped onion, 1 tsp chopped garlic and ginger in 1 Tbsp oil in a medium sized saucepan (± 30 cm diameter). Add chicken cubes and brown on medium heat.
2. Pour Cook-in-Sauce over & stir gently. Simmer on low heat, stirring occasionally, until cooked & tender.
3. Top with chopped coriander and crushed cashew nuts.
Serve with basmati rice and enjoy!
