Ingredients:
Wheat Flour (Gluten), Creamer [Corn Syrup, Vegetable Oil (Palm Fruit), Stabiliser, Whey Powder (Cow's Milk), Pea Protein, Emulsifier, Anticaking Agent, Colourants (Riboflavin, Beta-Carotene)], Modified Corn Starch, Flavourings (Soya), Potassium Chloride, Maltodextrin, Sugar, Irradiated Herbs & Spices, Salt, Mushroom Powder (2%), Vegetable Oil (Palm Fruit, TBHQ), Tomato Powder, Emulsifier, Colourant (Caramel), Yeast Extract.
Simply add
- 2 Tbsp oil
- 500g beef strips
- 125g mushrooms
- 1 red or green pepper
- 450 ml milk
Preparation Instructions
- 1. Heat oil in a large frying pan and lightly brown beef, mushrooms & red/green pepper. Place in a casserole dish.
- 2. Mix contents of packet with milk. Bring to the boil in a frying pan while stirring continuously. Simmer for 1 minute and pour over beef mixture.
- 3. Cover and bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 25 minutes, or until the beef is tender. Stir halfway through cooking time.
- 4. Serve with pasta and garden salad.
