        A sweet-savoury speciality from the Royco® kitchen. This delicious peach and chicken casserole will be a hit around the dinner table.
  
Ingredients
- 8 chicken portions
 - paprika
 - 15 ml sunflower oil
 - salt and pepper, to taste
 - 1 onion, chopped
 - 250 g mushrooms, sliced
 - 1 packet Royco® Creamy Mushroom Packet Soup
 - 250 ml peach juice
 - 50 ml water
 
Vegetarian
Replace the chicken in this recipe with a quartered head of cauliflower. Reduce the cooking time until the cauliflower is just cooked through.

Method
- 
      1.         Dust chicken pieces lightly with paprika and brown in heated oil in a frying pan. Remove to a casserole dish and season to taste.
 - 
      2.         Sauté onion and mushrooms in the pan. Place on top of chicken.
 - 
      3.         Mix the Royco® Creamy Mushroom Packet Soup, peach juice and water together and pour over chicken. Cover and bake at 180˚C for 1 1/2 hours.
