    Fiesta Mince Bowl

        All the flavours of Mexico served in one delicious bowl. A tasty mince made with Royco Savoury Mince Cook-in Sauce, topped with tortilla chips, guacamole and salsa.
  
Ingredients
- 15ml oil
 - 1 onion, finely chopped
 - 2 tsp cumin powder
 - 1 Tbsp smoked paprika
 - 500g beef mince
 - 1 x Royco Savoury Mince Dry Cook-In Sauce
 - 1 x 400g tin chopped tomatoes
 - 125ml water
 - 1 x 400g tin red kidney beans, drained and rinsed
 - Salt
 - Pepper
 - Tortilla chips
 - Guacamole
 - Tomato salsa
 - Fresh coriander
 
Method
- 
      1.         Heat the oil in a large pan over the stove top on a medium heat. Add the onion and fry for 5 minutes until soft, stirring often.

      2.         Add the cumin and smoked paprika, fry for a further 2 minutes.
 - 
      3.         Add the mince and stir, ensuring all the mince has browned.
 - 
      4.         Add the Royco Savoury Mince sachet, tin of chopped tomatoes and the water.
 - 
      5.         Stir to combine well, then allow to simmer on a gentle heat for about 30 minutes, until the sauce has thickened.
 - 
      6.         Add the drained kidney beans and season with salt and pepper.
 - 
      7.         Dish your mince into 4 bowls. Arrange a handful of tortilla chips on the side, followed by a generous spoonful of guacamole and tomato salsa.
 - 
      8.         Garnish with fresh coriander.
